    🚀 Your Role as an Social Media & Influencer Marketer

    As the Social Media & Influencer Marketer at Dremel, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing dynamic social media campaigns and always-on operations that boost brand awareness and engage a global audience. You’ll lead the execution of social strategy across EAL markets, turning global brand goals into dynamic, engaging campaigns — from concept to caption.

    In this position, you'll coordinate social media efforts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, while also supporting our influencer marketing initiatives. Being a key connecting point between local brand managers and our users, you’ll identify emerging trends, and leverage social tools to optimize performance and workflows. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.

    This position is part of the global MKX department in Breda and reports directly to the Global Online Marketing Team Lead.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Social Media Strategy & Management: Collaborate with European brand managers to align marketing strategies, manage central social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and shift from corporate publishing to organic brand presence and community building. Provide templates and creative direction to regional teams, optimizing workflows within Bosch compliance standards.
    • Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing, paid media, and web teams to align content and strategy. Promote Dremel brand spotlights and news, and exchange insights with stakeholders and counterparts within Bosch's Business Digital Organization.
    • Social Listening & Data Analysis: Use Sprout Social for monitoring brand sentiment, competitor activity, and trends. Track and analyze social performance, providing insights and performance reports to local teams.
    • Trends & Innovation: Identify emerging social media trends and new platforms, recommending strategies to engage target audiences and enhance the customer journey.
    • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Bosch’s data security policies and legal requirements, governing the use of social media platforms.
    • Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the EAL social media budget, collaborate with digital analysts to optimize campaigns, and report performance to management and team leads.

    Qualifications

    🎓 What You Bring:

     

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in an international or digital-first setting.
    • Hands-on content creation experience, including writing captions and developing storytelling concepts.
    • Proficient with social listening tools like Sprout Social and analytics platforms.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
    • Creative writing for social media.
    • Proficient in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
    • Data-driven, interpreting metrics to optimize strategies.
    • Proactive, passionate about DIY and lifestyle trends.
    • Experienced with external partners (agencies, influencers, SaaS providers).

    Key Characteristics:

    • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
    • Strong communicator, presenting ideas clearly.
    • Results-oriented, adjusting strategies based on data.
