DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media accounts such as Facebook, IG, and Tiktok
- Plans, creates, & publish content calendar
- Develop new organic campaigns & communicates with followers to build meaningful customer experience & engagements
- Collaborates with Creatives department, content team and performance marketing team for monthly content plan and strategies
- Tech-savvy and updated with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies related to building well-curated content.
- Mange, set up, and optimize pages to increase brand awareness and engagements.
- Capture and analyze social media data/metrics, insights, and recommendations to measure success of every social media effort.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- Sample portfolio of published works or handled social media pages (if experienced).
- Good knowledge of various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and such
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the company's vision and mission, and is able to effectively communicate them to others.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of company rules and regulations, and consistently adheres to them in all work activities.
- Highly creative and has keen attention to details
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working in adynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
- Can handle high-pressure situations, remain calm under stress, and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
- Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met
