The Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Social Media Executive to lead the development and execution of high-impact social media campaigns. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who can manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and pitching to flawless execution and in-depth reporting. 

As a senior member of the team, you will own key projects, manage creator partnerships, and provide critical support for new business pitches. You will be the driving force behind our campaigns, ensuring they are creative, aligned with client objectives, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: 
  • Lead the ideation, strategic planning, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms. 
  • Develop comprehensive content plans and calendars, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative. 
  • Create clear and inspiring content briefs for internal teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) and manage internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of assets. 
  • Manage all content scheduling and publishing across relevant social media platforms, ensuring flawless and timely execution of the content calendar. 
  • Content Strategy & Production Oversight: 
  • Craft and oversee the production of all social media content, including static posts, carousels, Stories, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok). 
  • Develop detailed content concepts, shot lists, and scripts to guide high-quality video production. 
  • Lead on-site event coverage (approx. 5 events per year), managing real-time content capture, on-site interviews, and post-event content creation. 
  • Creator & Influencer Marketing: 
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and KOLs who align with campaign objectives and brand values. 
  • Develop detailed creator briefs and guide them through the content creation process, ensuring all deliverables meet brand and platform best practices. 
  • Reporting, Analytics & Administration: 
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams. 
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and identify key learnings for future optimization. 
  • Manage all related social media admin, including budget tracking and maintaining campaign documentation. 
  • Strategic Pitch & Research Support: 
  • Play a key role in developing pitch materials for new business, contributing competitor analysis, trend reports, keyword research, and strategic recommendations. 
  • Stay constantly informed of industry trends and audience behaviors to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in social media management, with a strong background in an agency setting. 
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing end-to-end social media campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. 
  • Demonstrated experience in creator/influencer management, including sourcing, briefing, and relationship management. 
  • Strong content production skills, with experience directing photo/video shoots and a solid understanding of what makes compelling content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. 
  • Excellent project management and internal coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create comprehensive performance reports. 
  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills, with experience contributing to strategic pitches and client meetings. 
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (especially for content scheduling), analytics platforms, and content creation apps.
