As our next Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. You’ll bring that mission to life through scroll-stopping content, daily community engagement, and creative ideas that hit the mark. You’ll know what’s trending before it peaks, understand the difference between a view and a result, and thrive in a fast-moving brand team.
This role’s ideal for someone with sharp copy skills, strong social instincts and a genuine love for the job. You’ll need a bit of flexibility too, you’ll be out at shoots, jumping on events, and working every other weekend (with two midweek days off in lieu).
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
Publishing daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, from sharp hooks to strong CTAs
Spotting trends early and bringing fresh, social-first ideas that fit our tone (not just the algorithm)
Supporting on shoots across London, helping capture ad-hoc content and sticking to shot lists
Jumping into the comments, answering DMs, replying to the community and keeping our tone consistent and kind
Measuring what matters, knowing what’s working, what’s not, and how to tweak content to drive impact
It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:
A solid trend radar - you live online and speak fluent TikTok.
Strong copy skills. You're good at adopting a short, punchy, natural tone with a clear message.
Platform know-how - confidence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
Creativity with purpose. You don’t just bring ideas, you bring ideas that land.
A calm, collaborative mindset whilst juggling shoots, posts and replies without dropping the ball.
Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut or similar)
Experience working in consumer brands, lifestyle or home improvement
An understanding of SEO for YouTube or social search
