SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
• The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective execution of key organic social media activities across top social platforms, planning and analytics for a dedicated client program across the US market.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2+ years in digital, social media, public relations and/or advertising across B2B and B2C companies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Writing strongly preferred (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
• Proven track record of exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take on different brand tones and styles
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to deliver high quality, creative work, learn quickly, and effectively multi-task and manage deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of and passion for overseeing online community platforms and best practices
• A strong understanding of popular social media channels such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube, and how to effectively measure content performance on these channels
• Stays up to date with and is knowledgeable on current and emerging social and content marketing trends
• Experience managing social media channels for CPG and regulated industries
• Experience in social media management and measurement tools such as (but not limited to) Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sysomos, social media native platform business/ad managers, etc.)
• Familiarity with the digital media landscape outside of social media, may include paid search, SEO or e-commerce experience will be considered an asset (but not a necessity)
• Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach
• Exceptionally results-driven, responsible and accountable
• Experience of cross functional team management including external agencies

JOB DUTIES

• *Support global tech company in building the brand presence on key social media platforms through organic strategies and content development
• *Develop the organic content calendar by social platform on a monthly basis along with real-time posts to jump on relevant trends
• *Creation of always-on copy development across product/occasion or campaign visual assets
• *Oversee feedback and approval process with client and key stakeholders for all content calendars and posts
• *Supporting on social listening to find relevant daily topics for the brand to have a POV
• *Supporting with briefs, production management, approval process of any social assets/posts which support daily & opportunistic moments including liaison between creative production team and content partners
• *Management of influencers and approval of influencer content across all campaigns in partnership with partner agencies where relevant
• *Remain on top of trends to gain & maintain ongoing understanding of channels, retail trade and relevant industries and knowledge/understanding of brand's consumers and lifestyle
• *Serve as ongoing brand champion to internal & external stakeholders
• *Oversee live social media posting & approvals where relevant from brand owned or sponsored events
