Job Title: Social Media Content Strategist

About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who can help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and create content that strengthens our brand within the real estate investing space.
This role is built for someone who is deeply immersed in digital culture, understands how people in the US and Canada think and respond to messaging, and has a natural instinct for what makes content stop the scroll.
This is not primarily a paid advertising role. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands social media trends, knows how to create engaging content, and can help build an active and growing community across our social channels.
You'll play a key role in increasing visibility, driving engagement, and helping position our company as a trusted authority in real estate education.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what captures attention online, and enjoys experimenting with content formats, messaging, and audience engagement strategies.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience
Identify trends, content opportunities, and emerging formats that increase engagement
Grow audience reach, followers, and community engagement organically
Collaborate with leadership to turn coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets
Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Engage with followers and help foster an active online community
Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content opportunities
Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Support video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook
Familiarity with the real estate, coaching, education, or entrepreneurship industries
