ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Works on ideation, research, and creation of content across the brand’s multiple social media channels for assigned campaigns and projects; ensuring that content is aligned with overall social strategy and drives engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment for GCash.

Develops and implements strategy for influencer and community marketing—from content planning to strengthening partner-brand partnerships

Leads assigned campaigns and projects—from ideation to post-analysis

Assists in campaign reports and performance monitoring

Looks after channel audience growth and sustained engagement by developing effective content for assigned platforms; is able to give directions on the execution of content, writing copy for social materials, and scheduling posting across platforms.

Responsible for coordinating with both internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver on campaign and always-on requirements.

Ensure proper project management is employed to deliver high-quality work that’s within strategy, budget, and deadlines.

Administrative tasks related to supplier sourcing and payments.

Supports the social media head to seek out and implement innovations for GCash in the social media and digital space.
