Vilgain is a European nutrition brand built on real ingredients and uncompromising standards. We recently launched in the US, with Los Angeles as our proof-of-concept market, and we are looking for a hands-on Content Creator who genuinely loves food, fitness and social media.
You do not need years of management experience or a perfect corporate background. We are looking for someone driven, creative and naturally curious about what makes content perform. Someone who follows TikTok trends, constantly notices new formats and enjoys turning ideas into videos rather than leaving them in a content plan.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will come up with ideas, film, edit and publish content for Vilgain’s US TikTok and Instagram channels. You will have plenty of room to experiment, learn quickly and help shape how Vilgain shows up in the US from the very beginning.

What You Will DoCreate ContentConcept, shoot, edit and publish short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
Turn food, nutrition, fitness and product topics into engaging, easy-to-understand videos
Create different formats, including talking-head videos, voiceovers, product demonstrations, educational explainers, trends and street-style interviews
Write hooks, captions and simple scripts that feel natural to each platform
Create supporting static content such as carousels, stories and simple branded graphics
Be comfortable appearing on camera when the format requires it
Bring a constant stream of new content ideas, hooks, formats and recurring series
Stay close to TikTok and Instagram trends, editing styles and platform culture
Spot opportunities quickly and turn them into content without overcomplicating the process
Experiment with different creative approaches and learn from what performs
Help launch and grow Vilgain’s US TikTok presence from zero
Publish content consistently across TikTok and Instagram
Support day-to-day community management, including comments and DMs
Track basic content performance and use the results to improve future content
Help maintain a consistent Vilgain tone and visual identity across US channels
Work closely with the US Influencer & Community Lead on creator and community content
Coordinate with the Marketplaces & E-Commerce Manager on TikTok Shop content
Collaborate with the HQ creative team on brand assets, campaigns and visual support
Support product launches, campaigns and always-on brand storytelling
Around 1–2 years of experience creating content, managing social media or working with creators
A strong interest in TikTok, Instagram and short-form video
Hands-on experience filming and editing content
Confidence using tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva, Figma or similar
A good eye for hooks, pacing, framing, lighting and what makes people keep watching
Genuine interest in food, nutrition, fitness or wellness
Strong creative instinct and willingness to bring ideas proactively
Comfortable being on camera and creating content independently
Driven, reliable and able to move quickly without waiting for detailed instructions
Based in or around Los Angeles and able to create content locally
Experience creating content for a food, fitness, wellness or consumer brand
Personal TikTok, Instagram or creator portfolio
Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce
Experience with street interviews, creator-led or founder-led content
Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
Existing connections within the LA fitness, food or creator community
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves creating content, has strong energy and wants to build something from the ground up.

Skills Required
- 4-7 years social media experience with at least 2 years owning channel strategy
- Deep fluency in TikTok formats, culture, and editing styles
- Hands-on content creation: concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video
- Proficient in CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva, Figma or similar
- Comfortable reading paid social performance data and using it to inform organic strategy
- Comfortable on camera in talking-head, voiceover, and direct-to-camera formats
- Strong ideation skills and ability to generate platform-native content concepts
- Strong eye for framing, pacing, lighting, and overall creative quality
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams without hand-holding
- Experience owning channel KPIs (follower growth, reach, engagement) and reporting/iterating on performance
- Experience launching social presence for a CPG, food, or supplement brand
- TikTok Shop or social commerce experience
- Background in creator-led, founder-led, or street-style interview formats
- Working knowledge of nutrition, ingredients, or wellness trends
- Existing LA creator and community network
