The Nutrition Social Media Content Creator will develop engaging content about nutrition and food culture for social media platforms while debunking myths and supporting recipe development. They will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and relatable content.

Own Vilgain’s UK market growth, P&L, commercial performance, e-commerce strategy, customer acquisition, retention, localization, launches, and campaigns. The role leads local market execution across e-commerce, marketing, operations, logistics, inventory, compliance, and customer experience while collaborating with EU-based teams. Responsibilities also include using data to identify opportunities, managing local partners, and expanding into B2B and wholesale channels.

Drive Vilgain’s B2B expansion in Singapore by prospecting and acquiring new customers across retail, specialty stores, gyms, HORECA, distributors, and related channels. Conduct field visits, present products, negotiate commercial terms, close accounts, grow existing partnerships, and provide market insights to headquarters. The role requires strong ownership of pipeline development, revenue targets, relationship building, and frequent travel throughout Singapore.

Launch and manage Vilgain’s first London store, lead and schedule the team, oversee ordering, stock replenishment, freshness checks, write-offs, presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience. Use retail sales and commercial insights to operate the store effectively, motivate employees, and build a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Support NPD team with day-to-day operations: supplier communication, sample coordination, documentation, tracking tasks/deadlines, meetings, invoices and admin. Build and own NPD processes, improve workflows, and keep product data and specs accurate in internal systems.

Help customers choose products, keep the store stocked and presentable, work on a collaborative team, learn product and retail skills, and support store KPI-driven sales and operations.

Execute and publish organic content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest; manage community engagement; support reels, stories and feed content; track performance and trends; adapt content across markets; assist social-first campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.

Own end-to-end supply chain (logistics, planning, procurement). Define and execute international expansion and network design, lead transformation projects (automation, new market launches), implement S&OP and demand planning, optimize inventory and warehouse performance, negotiate suppliers, and build leadership teams to scale 5–10× while improving service and cost metrics.
