So, what's the job?
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who's equal parts creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and distribution machine.
Your goal: position Guardio across the right channels, to the right audiences — consumers who need protection online, talent who wants to work somewhere meaningful, customers who deserve more value, and investors who want to back a category leader.
This is not a "post and pray" role. You'll own the full content loop — from narrative and ideation to production and distribution — across social, PR, communities, and web. You'll work closely with our security researchers and Labs team to turn real insights into content that earns attention. You'll use AI tools to move fast and scale smart. And you'll help build a content engine that makes Guardio impossible to ignore.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who knows that great content without distribution is just a draft.
You will:
- Own Guardio's organic brand presence across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) — from strategy to publishing.
- Translate Guardio's security research, product launches, and Labs insights into compelling content across formats: posts, videos, stories, threads, and more.
- Drive content distribution through organic social, communities, PR amplification, and supporting accounts — with a sharp focus on reach and top-of-funnel awareness in the US market.
- Work with external PR firms to surface Guardio Labs stories, scam data, and security trends to journalists and publications.
- Manage and maintain Guardio's website content, oversee blog output (working with an external agency), and ensure everything reflects the brand narrative.
- Collaborate daily with security, product, design, and creative teams to bring campaigns and stories to life — end to end.
- Use AI tools (including image and video generation, writing, and workflow automation) to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.
- Track performance across channels, extract real insights, and continuously optimize for engagement, reach, and brand positioning.
- Help build and manage supporting content channels and communities to amplify Guardio's message beyond the main accounts.

- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or social content — with a track record of meaningful distribution in the US market (not just content creation).
- You think in distribution first. You know that a great idea is only as good as the audience it reaches.
- You've worked across the full content loop — ideation, production, publishing, amplification — without needing to wait on anyone.
- You're fluent in social platforms and know how to play each one: what works on TikTok is not what works on LinkedIn.
- You spot trends early and move on them fast.
- You're genuinely excited about AI tools and use them daily to create faster, automate smarter, and scale what works.
- You're comfortable working with PR teams and understand how to package insights and data for media.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have real ownership, minimal red tape, and lots of room to experiment.
- You're curious, creative, and always learning from what performs — and what doesn't.
