What You’ll Do:
- Content Ideation & Campaign Planning: Plan content calendars, create trending content, and support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and ad content.
- Content Collaboration: Assist creative team in terms of content collaboration by suggesting ideas, participating in content creation (e.g., voice over, acting etc.).
- Social Media & Content Management: Write and proofread SEO optimized indexable copies for ads, blogs, and social media in addition to content management across all channels including website.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Manage influencers, partnerships and campus ambassador programs.
- Events & Collaboration: Support online/offline event execution and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics to analyze performance of organic content/campaign;, convert data to implementable actions; implement corrective as well as measurable actions whenever & wherever necessary.
- Research & Optimization: Conduct market research, competitor analysis & monitoring, ensure SEO optimization, maintain brand voice, and improve performance through reporting and analytics.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience in copywriting and content writing (both in Bengali and English)
- Strong social media management skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Experience in event management, influencer coordination, and campus ambassador programs.
- Creative, innovative thinking with the ability to develop and execute content strategies.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic design skills and technical proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Good typing speed, data-driven mindset, and ability to track and report content performance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong passion for content marketing, advertising, and working with influencers.
- Experience or interest in acting for ad content creation is a plus.
- Must have a go-getter attitude and a passion for learning and growing within a marketing role.
