ABOUT THE ROLE
Yokly is looking for a results-driven Social Media Consultant to grow our presence and generate consultation bookings for kitchen and bath renovation services. This role starts as a pilot engagement (timeline based on performance, not a fixed duration) with the opportunity to extend long-term based on results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Paid Social & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns that generate consultation bookings
Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google
Manage budgets and continuously improve performance through structured testing (creative, offers, audiences)
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns to increase conversions
Organic Growth & Social Presence
Improve organic follower growth across platforms
Increase reach, engagement, and trust-building visibility
Recommend posting strategies that strengthen brand awareness
Align organic content with paid campaigns for stronger overall performance
Content & Creative Direction
Work with existing renovation photos and videos
Recommend platform-specific content formats and messaging that resonates with homeowners
Provide clear creative guidance for what to post and why it works
Landing Pages & Conversion Improvement
Review landing pages connected to ad campaigns
Diagnose why visitors are not booking consultations
Recommend conversion improvements (CRO) to increase bookings and clarity of the offer
Lead Capture + Follow-Up Support
Improve lead capture forms (email + phone) and opt-in flow
Ensure lead tracking is connected correctly to the CRM
Recommend basic follow-up improvements (email/SMS) that move leads toward booked consultations
Reporting & Optimization
Track and report paid + organic performance
Provide simple, actionable reporting on leads, consultations, growth, and next steps
Make recommendations based on results and implement improvements quickly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience driving results with social media marketing (paid + organic)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube
Experience marketing home services/remodeling/real estate/construction is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to convert audiences into booked consultations or qualified leads
Clear, practical communication and strong ownership of outcomes
