Major Activities
- Manage Influencer Marketing Content Campaigns, including relationship building, outreach, and partner management
- Assist with building the strategy, scaling, and executing Brand Ambassador programs across key categories
- Prepare and disseminate campaign briefs for social media content and campaigns
- Track, measure, and report on Social Influencer Campaigns as well as Brand Ambassador KPIs and benchmarks, including interpreting data and providing recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and creative content formats, and identify rising topics of interest in the craft and art space.
- Oversee Social Moderation for TikTok, including responding to DM, viral comments and overseeing Social Moderation agency

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related field
Minimum Special Certifications or technical skills
- Expert in social platform mechanics and best practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- 2-3 years of marketing experience or a related field

- Ability to organize and execute multiple projects
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written & oral communication skills, with an ability to determine appropriate content & style for a diverse group
