The Social Media Manager will be be instrumental in creating and maintaining a consistent and positive online presence for ZoomInfo across all social media platforms by organizing and maintaining the social calendar, monitoring and responding to brand mentions, providing customer-facing support, writing social media captions, and providing support to the broader social media and digital marketing teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and maintain ZoomInfo’s social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing social content on a daily basis
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions in real-time, escalating polarizing comments to leadership when appropriate. This will include multiple social media support shifts on a weekly basis
- Provide customer-facing support through all social channels by actively engaging with customers via social media platforms
- Write social captions for our social content calendar, taking advantage of opportunities that will drive maximum engagement such as algorithm changes and various content types
- Support teams across the company including PR announcements, product launches, employee experience, and social first campaigns
- Ensure the company’s mission and vision are being effectively, and creatively, communicated to target customers using the brand’s voice and tone
- Monitor industry trends and news and identify activities that would drive brand awareness and engagement
- Track social media metrics and results for both the brand and ZoomInfo competitors. Create monthly reports and aggregate data into actionable insights to inform strategy and plans
- Evaluate new and existing channels based on the company’s needs
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager

- Understanding of global media landscapes, industry trends, and best practices in external communications
