The role reports to the VP of Content and collaborates closely with the Social Lead, Core Brands.

- Social is 24/7. News breaks on nights, weekends, and holidays. Working shifts during these times is part of the game and is required, especially in supporting your people.
- Sales team collaboration. Work closely with Sales to execute against RFPs. Contribute social media insights during proposal development, oversee campaign rollout, and provide performance data to inform future RFPs.
- Be a social media savant. Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Introduce new ideas and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh, relevant, and ahead of competitors.
- Support the team. When necessary, support emerging social pages, particularly during breaking news, large-scale campaigns, or when team members are absent. Ensure consistent and high-quality output across all accounts.
