We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Social Media & Influencers Team. The Influencer Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and design & execute best in class social media and influencer marketing campaigns in Central Europe, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to shape the voice of the brands via social media & influencers to bring them even closer to our consumers, maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.   

This role is based in our Prague HQ.  

As Influencer Marketing Manager you will:

  • Champion a consumer-centric approach across all social media engagement programs,
  • Design and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies related to exact initiatives and long-term coperations with ambassadors,
  • Develop always-on, local, authentic and talkable social media communication calendar that will amplify equity and voice of brand,
  • Collaborate with brand, commercial and media teams to make sure influencer marketing plans are synchronized with broader brand communication strategy,
  • Manage collaboration with agency partners to deliver best in class executions,
  • Collect learnings and optimize social media communication,
  • Leverage social listening and trend analysis to extract consumer insights and monitor overall brand presence in social media,
  • Build community around the brand and maximize engagement with consumers,
  • Act as steward to make sure all influencer marketing campaigns are compliant with P&G policies.

Job Qualifications

You are right fit if you have:

  • Experience managing social media/influencers campaigns on agency and/or client side (experience from both is advantage) for mass brands,
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful social media campaigns (from strategy development to execution) that engaged diverse audiences across CE,
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms: both organic and paid brand presence,
  • Understanding of the Czech influencers industry (experience from other CE markets is beneficial),
  • Personal interest in social media & influencer marketing,
  • Good analytical skills, identifying data-driven insights and translating them into actionable recommendations,
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed,
  • Proficient English & Czech/Slovak, spoken & written,
  • A desire to develop and work within brand/media structures of multinational company.
