Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with Full-Stack Development capabilities who has hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that combine advanced machine learning with robust front-end and back-end architectures
Full-Stack Development
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, etc.).
- Design APIs and services to interface with ML models and data pipelines.
- Integrate cloud services and manage infrastructure using AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and security across platforms
Responsible for AI/ML Engineering
- Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLM for specific use cases (e.g., chatbots, summarization, document processing).
- Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and retrieval.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLMOps workflows.
- Implement AI safety, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex)
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face…
- Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue
- Back-end: Node.js, FastAPI, Flask
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Good attitude for teamwork and willingness to learn
- Good to have Project Management skills such as PMP, Agile Scrum…
- Good to have second language such as Japanese, Chinese, German…
