Job Description
- Work with project management and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality processes & requirements. Assigned as part of core team to key focus projects critical for business unit future and performance metrics.
- Development support and approval of project quality assurance plan (QAP).
- Ensure quality gates and processes are executed in accordance with quality standards (static analysis, code review, etc), including configuration management.
- Guide and consult projects in technical aspects of quality processes.
- Analyze quality metrics and provide feedback to project and quality management.
- Support internal reviews (ASPICE assessment, Safety-Analysis, FMEA etc.).
- Support Lessons Learned and problem-solving activities.
- Strong collaboration with SW EPQ’s located overseas (India, Vietnam, Germany)
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
- Automotive technical background in software engineering
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with quality management systems and processes is a value ad
- Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are an advantage)
