ROLE PURPOSE Deliver end-to-end recruitment while building trusted, strategic relationships with hiring stakeholders across EMEA, with a focus on the Budapest Hub.
About the RoleJoin our EMEA Talent Acquisition team to lead technical and business hiring, primarily for the Budapest Hub. You will manage vacancies from intake to offer, advise stakeholders on effective hiring strategies and deliver an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding handover.
- Create targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, direct search, referrals and internal talent.
- Engage passive candidates and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and follow recruitment, data privacy and internal process requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR and other key partners.
- Act as a strategic talent adviser, translating business needs into realistic role profiles, sourcing plans and selection approaches.
- Agree clear expectations for communication, interview availability, feedback and decision timelines.
- Provide concise updates on pipeline health, market response, risks and recommended actions.
- Use market insight to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and resolve hiring barriers.
- Anticipate future workforce needs by understanding business priorities, team structures and capability gaps.
- Deliver a transparent, inclusive and well-communicated candidate journey.
- Support talent pipelines, employer-branding campaigns and recruitment events for the Budapest Hub.
- Monitor recruitment activity and use data to improve sourcing, process efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
- Hiring managers see you as a trusted adviser who adds value beyond vacancy administration.
- Recruitment plans are realistic, risks are identified early and stakeholders receive actionable updates.
- Candidates experience a professional and inclusive process.
- Data is accurate, agreed actions are delivered and best practice is shared across the EMEA team.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Skills and Experience- Five or more years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology or technical services.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment and direct-sourcing capability across multiple vacancies.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and expectation-setting skills.
- Ability to turn business requirements and market insight into effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hungarian.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data.
- Recruiting service desk, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications or related technology talent.
- Supporting high-volume, project-based or multi-country recruitment.
- Knowledge of the Budapest and wider Hungarian talent market.
- Employer branding, recruitment marketing or talent-pipeline campaigns.
- Additional European language capability.
