About the role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will support the development and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to key business operations and IT service management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and customize applications that support business needs.
In this role, you will be involved in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules, supporting integrations with other systems, and developing scripts, workflows, and automations. You will also participate in requirement gathering, testing activities, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements, gaining exposure to a wide range of business processes and enterprise technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with business-focused solutions. The role offers the chance to further develop expertise in ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITSM processes, and enterprise platform development while contributing to impactful projects within a global organization.
What we need from you
- Basic understanding or strong interest in IT, software development, or system administration
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn ServiceNow platform and ITSM concepts
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
