Job Title: SME - Full Stack Developer – Voice Transcription Platform
Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview:
We're seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer Coach/ SME to troubleshoot & guide the development of our AI-powered voice transcription platform.
Objective: This role will act as a coach for app architecture, will be an escalation point for coding issues/ code development and provide resolution to team members to keep project on track.
Key Tech Stack:

Azure Services: Azure Cognitive services, Speech Services, Azure OpenAI Whisper

Tech Skills: WebSocket connections & implementation, Real time voice transcription

Additional Skills: Encryption, Decryption, AES 256, Gen AI Coding tools, Using Transformer Models

Tools: Open API/Swagger, OAuth2, Celery/RabbitMQ, JWT

Security: Familiar with HIPAA requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Owns the architecture of the application development
-
Familiar with security requirements of US Healthcare applications and therefore the secure architecture required

Ensures that the team is able to deliver to the development timelines

Answer questions in group chats, get on meetings to guide and coach

Create policy on Coding Standards
-
Spot check work for developers to ensure that coding standards are met
-
Implement tools like SonarQube to ensure high quality of code
-
Resolve issues and roadblocks in a reasonable timeframe

Work closely with product managers, analysts, and UI designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Support the product development lifecycle through participation in design sprints and review sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, Node.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Proven track record of developing and managing web applications & APIs.

Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and other Azure management tools.

Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL.

Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects.

Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
