Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux, COSMOS, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and performance
- Build rich, responsive front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML, following accessibility, usability, and UI/UX best practices
- Lead full-stack feature development from requirements to deployment, ensuring technical feasibility, architectural alignment, and high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers through mentoring, code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on support during complex work
- Develop and optimize microservices leveraging reactive programming, REST/GraphQL APIs, asynchronous messaging, and modern integration patterns
- Build Node.js services and tooling for backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers, automation scripts, and performance-oriented server components
- Architect and implement AEM components (Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, OSGi services) and integrate headless CMS capabilities with frontend frameworks
- Deploy and manage cloud applications on Azure using AKS, App Services, API Management, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Storage, and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement observability and monitoring using Dynatrace and Splunk-creating dashboards, alert policies, logs, metrics, and traces for proactive issue detection
- Ensure secure coding practices including OAuth/OIDC, encryption, API security, dependency scanning, and adherence to OWASP and enterprise standards
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver features on time, manage backlogs, estimate work, and drive Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis, log correlation, performance profiling, and incident management best practices
- Drive modernization and innovation, including cloud migration, performance tuning, architectural refactoring, and adoption of new technologies
- Integrate AI/ML services and leverage tools like Copilot to improve developer productivity, operational efficiency, and intelligent application capabilities
- Promote engineering excellence through automation, testing best practices, CI/CD improvements, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise-grade applications
- Full stack development experience with modern front-end technologies: React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience building and consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including AKS, App Service, Functions, Key Vault, API Management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including component development, templates, Sling Models, and OSGi services
- Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
- Solid expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring MVC)
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration concepts and use of tools like Copilot to improve engineering productivity
- Solid understanding of security best practices including OAuth/OIDC, JWT, encryption standards, secure coding, and handling sensitive data
- Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Solid debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills, especially in production environments
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and sprint planning
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend services, BFF layers, and tooling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Azure, AEM, or modern cloud architectures
- Experience with CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB, Redis
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or streaming pipelines
