We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing AI department. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping our AI strategy and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess the feasibility of RPA implementation.
- Analyze and map complex business processes for automation, identifying repetitive and rule-based tasks.
- Design and develop clear and concise automation requirements documents for developers.
- Work collaboratively with developers to translate business requirements into functional RPA solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed RPA solutions and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
