Owns end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across brands and client accounts. Responsibilities include paid advertising, email automation, CRM management, SEO, content, websites, social media, analytics, conversion optimization, campaign planning, and stakeholder coordination. The role manages multiple channels and marketing platforms while driving lead generation, conversions, ROAS, organic growth, and pipeline contribution.

Train on Xero, MYOB, Xero Practice Manager, and Australian accounting compliance before maintaining client accounts. Process payables, receivables, reconciliations, journals, month-end activities, management reports, BAS, IAS, payroll, GST, PAYG, and superannuation. Communicate with Australian clients, maintain workpapers and audit trails, follow quality procedures, protect confidential information, and meet service deadlines.

Manage social media and digital content for multiple B2B and B2C brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Create posts, reels, carousels, stories, scripts, and campaigns; plan shoots; use AI tools for ideation and content production; schedule content; engage communities; research trends and competitors; and track performance to improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and traffic.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, retention and engagement initiatives, payroll coordination, HR records and compliance, people metrics and culture-building activities.

Lead India-based accounting, bookkeeping and tax delivery for NextGen Group. Ensure jobs are planned, assigned, reviewed and delivered on time and within budget. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, AR/AP, WIP and revenue assurance. Build quality controls, capacity planning, automation and operational dashboards. Manage Team Leaders, client escalations and management reporting.
