Partner with stakeholders to identify RPA opportunities, analyze and map business processes, produce automation requirements, collaborate with developers to build and test RPA solutions, support deployments and training, and monitor and optimize automation performance.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, retention and engagement initiatives, payroll coordination, HR records and compliance, people metrics and culture-building activities.

Engage and counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email; explain courses and career outcomes; convert leads to enrollments; maintain CRM, coordinate schedules with trainers, support onboarding, and participate in marketing events.

Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces by collaborating with product managers and developers; conduct user research and testing; create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; develop user flows and interaction models; ensure design consistency and accurate implementation.

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, integrate with APIs/databases and third-party apps, troubleshoot and optimize automations, document technical specifications, and follow RPA governance and security best practices.

Outbound calls to international leads, promote products/services, qualify leads, record CRM data, support customers, collect market intelligence, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams while following telemarketing and data-privacy rules.

Provide prospective students with course information, counsel on course selection and eligibility, convert leads into enrolments, manage CRM and follow-ups, coordinate scheduling with trainers, support onboarding, and participate in marketing/webinar activities.

Create and optimise SEO-driven content: conduct keyword and SERP research, write 1,000–2,000 word articles, improve on-page and local SEO, perform basic technical audits, track performance with GSC and GA4, and coordinate with design to boost organic traffic and leads.

Lead group-wide sales and marketing strategy and execution across multiple businesses. Manage digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content, social, email), CRM and lead-to-revenue processes. Build and coach a cold-calling sales team, optimise campaigns for cost-per-lead and ROAS, coordinate content and video production, and report on pipeline and marketing ROI.

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate Montessori learning experiences; support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development; foster relationships with families and colleagues; maintain a safe, inclusive environment; assist with documentation, programming, and NQF compliance.

Lead India-based accounting, bookkeeping and tax delivery for NextGen Group. Ensure jobs are planned, assigned, reviewed and delivered on time and within budget. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, AR/AP, WIP and revenue assurance. Build quality controls, capacity planning, automation and operational dashboards. Manage Team Leaders, client escalations and management reporting.

Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), perform bookkeeping, GL coding, AR/AP review, BS reconciliations, BAS/GST lodgements, and resolve client queries.
