What will your responsibilities be?
Participation on complex and critical Billing activities
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness
Support ongoing projects, system implementations, and transformation initiatives, including process design, testing, and deployment activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Logistics, Sales, Tax, and Master Data, to resolve queries and achieve business objectives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, audit standards, and company policies
Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Transfer of knowledge within the team; support of team
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on finance / accounting
Min 3 years experience in accounting / finance department; experience in accounts receivable area is an advantage
Experience with MS-Office, advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with SAP, other software as an advantage
English - B2, other languages are advantage
Communicative, open-minded, strong analytical and logical thinking with attention to details, results-focused, flexible and easy to adapt to dynamic environment
Independent, proactive
Process improvement mindset and Compliance and risk awareness
Mentoring / coaching ability as an advantage
Project lead experience as an advantage

Base monthly salary starting from 1700 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
