Responsibilities:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to customers in assigned territory

 

- Understand customer needs and requirements and offering solutions and support

 

- Close sales and achieve sales targets

 

- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information by email

 

- Keeping up with product and service information and updates

 

- Upselling products and services

 

- Ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression

 

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

 

- Improve and maintain Salesforce structure for accurate accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
