The Role:
We are looking for a SMB Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance through data insights, and creating content to engage target audiences. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve lead generation goals and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
What You'll Own:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and manage demand generation strategies targeting dental practice owners and office managers.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, and events) to drive demo requests.
- Collaborate with SEM/SEO agencies for highly coordinated digital lead generation efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, leveraging programmatic platforms for display ads and CTV.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Direct Marketing:
- Create and manage direct mail programs that resonate with dental professionals.
- Develop targeted lists and segmentation strategies to ensure personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with SDRs on follow-up strategies to drive meetings booked.
Content Creation & Messaging:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create content such as email copy, landing pages, case studies, and educational materials tailored to dental practices.
- Ensure messaging aligns with our brand voice and highlights the value proposition for dental practices.
Event Marketing:
- Represent the company at dental industry conferences, trade shows, and regional events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Develop and manage owned local events, including planning, pre- and post-event communication, and event execution.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Continuously optimize strategies to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 2-3 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably targeting SMBs or micro-businesses.
- Proven success in driving leads and revenue through digital and direct marketing channels.
- Experience marketing to the dental industry or similar verticals is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in content creation is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- High energy and results oriented go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for events and field activations.

How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
- We are targeting a base salary of $100,000 per year for this role
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
