Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach (cold calls, emails) within your assigned SMB territory.

Understand the unique needs and challenges of SMB customers, providing tailored SaaS solutions and support to meet those needs.

Drive revenue growth by closing sales and consistently achieving sales targets.

Address potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information through email or other channels as needed.

Stay informed on the latest updates and developments in our SaaS products and services.

Leverage upselling techniques to maximize customer value and drive additional revenue.

Maintain a robust weekly activity level, including calls, lead generation, demos, and progressing sales opportunities.

Expand and manage your database of SMB prospects within your assigned territory.

Optimize and maintain Salesforce records for accurate tracking of accounts, opportunities, and contacts.

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on the role, level, and location. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay within this range is determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
