Job Description:
At Iron Bow, our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach in packaging solutions. We are seeking a Strategic Skill Bridge Intern to support our CSO team who will facilitate keeping our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal Strategic Sales Account Intern has high EQ and the drive to think outside the box. This internship opportunity requires a sharp mind and the ability to be agile in their thought process to learn skills attributed in the World of Information Technology. Consequently, as a highly qualified Skill Bridge Intern, will gain in-depth experience with technology sales process, assisting in lead generation, supporting transformation road map building, and assist in all aspects of the sales process. As an internship, the training at Iron Bow is primarily provided through the experience candidate will gain from direct interactions and problem solving with members of the Iron Bow team. This internship will be primarily spent learning four key attributes of commercial sales, marketing, partnership, and product development activities. Intern will be assigned to Chief Strategy Officer, Larry Fraizer.
Objectives of this Role:
- Understand our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings by working with our Chief Strategy Office (CSO), Chief Technology Office (CTO), Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Inside Sales teams.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Continuously to develop training skills
- Assist in generating leads and build and nurture client relationships.
- Assist in driving Strategic vision on Iron Bow’s core mission focus.
Hands-on Experience & Training:
- Growth Operations: SkillBridge Intern will work with our Chief Strategy Office Team to build, execute, and institutionalize an industry leading growth process, with an emphasis on B2B business development, customer-focused engagements, metrics tracking, and inter-team communications. Our team's operations rely heavily on cross-team coordination working closely with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure we are meeting customer's needs and communicating our product's value proposition properly.
- Project Management: Intern will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and all other Iron Bow teams (Data, Design, Product Managers, CIO and Security) to help produce relevant content, solicit, and share customer feedback, and utilize Salesforce to capture and track sales data.
- Growth Strategy Development & Execution: Engage and coordinate with the various offices withing Iron Bow in support of Growth, Sales, Business Development, and work to develop, grow, and scale the team to meet the needs of our customers and the company as a whole.
- Metrics: To support the success of the company and our customers, SkillBridge Intern work with the teams across the organization to track, record, and report on marketing lead sources, sales cycle metrics and sales conversion rates, customer's Net Promoter Scores, and churn rates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or pursing a degree in Business, Communications, Strategic Planning, or Business Architectures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb People (EQ)Skills
- No travel required
