DOF is pleased to announce an internal opportunity on board Skandi Minder, as we continue to deliver safe and efficient offshore operations.
We are looking for an AB to join the vessel from 22.07.2026
A handover period prior to embarking may be expected.
Rotation: 4-4
Operational area: North Sea/Worldwide
As part of the crew on Skandi Minder, you will play an important role in day‑to‑day operations, contributing to safe execution of work and maintaining DOF’s high operational standards.

Requirements
General requirements include:
- Valid certifications and qualifications in accordance with the position and vessel requirements.
- Proven experience within the offshore industry, particularly in roles related to vessel operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment and contribute positively to crew dynamics.
- Flexibility to work within the conditions and schedules typical of offshore operations.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Additional / vessel‑specific requirements may apply, such as:
- Scandinavian language proficiency (for NOR‑flagged vessels).
- AHTS experience is preferred

Skills Required
- Valid certifications and qualifications in accordance with vessel requirements (e.g., STCW, medical certificates)
- Proven experience within the offshore industry, particularly in vessel operations
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations and company procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and contribute to crew dynamics
- Flexibility to work offshore schedules and conditions (rotation 4-4)
- Good communication skills in English
- Scandinavian language proficiency (may be required for NOR-flagged vessels)
- AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessel experience
