Primary Responsibilities:
- Use systems thinking skills, overlay these opportunities on our current operating model and use LEAN and hypothesis based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques to uncover the root cause of inefficiencies and issues
- Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model which includes recommendations on lean, automation, workflows, web applications, data science and employee training opportunities to improve the client experience
- Partner with product owners, business, and technology leaders to develop a series of minimal viable products (MVPs) to accelerate the pace of client improvements based on sound understanding of AGILE and change management principals
- Frontlines and collaborates well with leaders and with Stateside business partners
- Drives execution in partnership with Automation, technology, and analytics teams across enterprise
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Post Grad (MBA Top Tier)
- 4+ years of relevant experience with increasing accountability
- Experience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and target operating model design using Lean Six Sigma & Re- Engineering Techniques
- Experience using Business Architecture to articulate automation solutions using platforms such as Ui Path, AI ML (AI and Power Automate
- Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
- Experience solving major project or customer issues
- Experience in change management
- Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills

- Project Management certification / Master of Business Administration
