As Sites Network Strategy Lead, you will report to the Head of Business Operations & Strategic Planning of the Sites Network, and support the Head of Sites Network and the Sites Enablement Team (SET) in shaping and implementing the overall strategic direction and operational performance, in service of our ambition.
This role provides a high impact potential and exposure with a broad range of development and collaboration opportunities in different areas of Roche.

Lead key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the organisation

Using data-driven insights to develop strategic options, analyse trade-offs, measure progress and adjust strategies as needed

Architecting the path to decision making and successful implementation, anticipate/mitigate associated challenges and risks, and drive organisational change as required

Build a strong network and broad knowledge base across the organisation to identify key business trends and opportunities, gain buy-in and strengthen communication flows

Lead, develop and support the preparation of concise presentations that synthesise insights into briefing documents or slides to support decision-making and communication

Own, prepare and orchestrate executive -meetings and -workshops ensuring effectiveness, overall connectedness and follow up
Who you are:
-
Bachelor's Degree or above; MBA or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree preferred
-
5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility and proven track record in strategy -development, -planning & -implementation of varying scope and scale, either in consulting or in-house strategy

Strong systems thinking and analytical skills with proven problem solving, stakeholder management, influencing skills and high integrity

Excellence in developing concise, fact-based presentations with clear storylines tailored to different audiences with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and presentation skills in both English and German

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment that requires at times high degrees of flexibility and managing multiple priorities
