What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily ready mix plant and production activities to achieve safety, quality, service, and operational goals.
- Coordinate workforce, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of concrete products.
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture through coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal business partners to support exceptional service.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration.
- Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials.
- Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs.
