Duties and Key Responsibilities

 

Production Supervision:


  1. To maintain workflow by monitoring production process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring manpower and resources.

  2. Supervise unloading of incoming plastic scrap, verify quality and quantity. Report discrepancies to management

  3. To ensure that production processes, as well as machines, other equipments are used economically throughout.

  4. To ensure ongoing continual improvements of processes and overall productivity.

  5. To implement lean manufacturing principles wherever applicable.

  6. Inventory Management: Monitor RM, FG and consumable stock. Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification 

  7. Maintain MIS reports and Inventory responsibility for input and finished goods including weekly/Monthly inventory reports to the Facility Manager.

  8. To maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

  9. To resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

  10. Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely dispatches. Ensure correct material and quantities are dispatched. 

General responsibilities:


  1. Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills.

  2. Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.

  3. Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.

  4. Willingness to travel frequently across PFC site locations, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per need of project or the company.

  5. Work closely with the PFC team and Partners.

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications 


  • 3 to 5 Years production experience.

  • ITI / Diploma in Engineering

  • Experience in waste management will be added advantage

  • MS Excel, Powerpoint basic knowledge

  • Good understanding of production operations  

  • Fluency in Tamil. Hindi will be added advantage
