Site Supervisor

·        Supervises and leads skilled labor, and work crews in all activities concerned project to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project

·        Demonstrates excellent labor management skills, follows policies, procedures and work practices, and develops improvements where necessary

·        Reads and understands specifications, drawings, and all other discipline srelated project and engineering documentation. Familiarizes and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all company rules and regulations

·        Gives instructions and transfers knowledge in an efficient and effective way to co‐workers and staff

·        Understands the principles and importance of planning. Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials

·        Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency

·        Ensures that all work is in conformity to standards and specifications 

·        Supervises the maintenance of personnel records and time sheets for staff supervised

·        Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior as & when required

·        3 years’ experience in GCC with a similar position in Roads and Infrastructure projects

·        Leadership & supervisory skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work in a highly competitive market with extremely challenging targets and timelines

·        Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
