Supervise and lead skilled labor and work crews on roads and infrastructure projects; read and enforce specifications, drawings, QA/QC and safety procedures; plan and track daily progress, manage materials usage and personnel records, give clear instructions, and take corrective actions to meet project timelines and standards.

Lead and supervise workshop mechanics for maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles. Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults, allocate work, ensure preventive/predictive maintenance, prepare job cards and reports, and maintain maintenance records. Ensure technical quality of repairs and oversee daily workshop operations.

Prepare, monitor, and report project cost data; analyze forecasts vs budgets; control expenditures, change orders, and contractor cost reports; advise management on budget variances; perform risk and statistical cost analysis across projects.

Prepare, update, and follow up on NOC (No Objection Certificate) letters in Arabic and English; coordinate with consultants, municipality/authorities, and construction teams for NOCs and work permits; assist the operations manager with construction department issues and engage engineering services for construction and infrastructure projects.
