- Report technical issues, material shortages, and site challenges to the project team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Fit-Out, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
- UAE/GCC experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, or office fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction activities and finishing works.
- Good understanding of drawings, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience managing workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing works
