Based in Sydney, you'll partner with Project Managers to deliver Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. Acting as the key link between contractors, builders, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams, you'll keep projects moving, resolve issues on-site, and ensure installations are delivered safely and in line with project requirements.
What You Will DoCoordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand
Partner with Project Managers to support project delivery from installation through to handover
Act as the key on-site contact for contractors, builders, hospital representatives, and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth project delivery
Monitor installation progress against project schedules and manage project risks
Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning activities
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate practical solutions with project stakeholders
This role may suit candidates from construction, fit-outs, building services, telecommunications, AV, field services, facilities management, or technical project delivery backgrounds who enjoy coordinating contractors, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects on-site.
RequiredMinimum 2 years' experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, fit-outs, construction works, or contractor-led activities
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
Experience working with project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination processes
Eligibility to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand
Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building Services, or a related discipline
Experience within healthcare, construction, telecommunications, AV, building services, or technical project delivery environments
Experience supporting testing, commissioning, or project handover activities
Travel across Australia and New Zealand, Monday to Friday
Work on complex Operating Theatre installations in hospitals

Skills Required
- Experience in technical, hands-on environments (electrical, AV, or mechanical installation)
- Ability to read and review technical drawings
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently on-site and manage trades and timelines
- Excellent communication skills with builders, hospital staff, and stakeholders
- Availability to travel Monday to Friday across ANZ (high travel)
- Experience coordinating safety compliance, SWMS, and inductions
- Confident managing installations solo while working as part of a team
- AV installation or similar technical site work (e.g., TV mounting, electrical fit-outs)
- Previous experience in healthcare or construction environments
- Site management or contractor coordination experience
