Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP program.

  • Good knowledge of tools, materials, and Tool Crib operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and instructions

  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and effectively use inventory management and other computer-based systems
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assigned work with minimal supervision

  • Positive attitude with strong customer service and interpersonal skills

A typical day may look like this

  • Provide on-site customer service addressing customer needs and issues.
  • Receive, stock, pull, and fulfill customer orders based on department schedules.
  • Use system functions to locate available inventory and process inventory transactions accurately.
  • Manage AutoCrib vending machines, including replenishment and basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Manage various Point-of-Use (POU) stations and ensure materials are available as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

  • High school – Mandatory
  • Post-secondary education preferred (CEGEP, college diploma, Degree or equivalent). Equivalent combination of education and customer service experience will also be considered.
