As the Site Scheduler you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.

You Will:

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand, optimize plant capacity, and achieve inventory targets.

  • Monitor production performance, material availability, and inventory levels, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and production constraints.

  • Partner with Production, Materials, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to prioritize work, coordinate inter-plant transfers, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Analyze production and inventory data using SQL and Power BI to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve scheduling efficiency.

  • Utilize SAP and other manufacturing systems to manage production plans, workflow, and material requirements while maintaining data accuracy.

  • Support a safe, quality-focused operation by following company policies, food safety requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives

You Have:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and written communication skills

  • Experience scheduling production in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI and SAP (or another ERP/MRP system)
