Platform Support Engineer (Linux & Shell scripting) - Pune- 6 to 12 yrs

About the team
Team is responsible for service delivery, operational support, and SRE/observability for Derivatives line of business .Team ensures platform related deliverables and projects are delivered per agreed timelines. Platform support is provided to middle and back-office area within cleared derivatives under capital market.
What you bring:

Incident Management and problem management
-
Leading the team of 5-6 people functionally

Work with vendors to upgrade license/version of dockers and Kafka, manage and fix vulnerabilities,
-
Platform network support for cleared derivatives environment.

Accountable for platform checkouts on weekend changes
What you will be doing:

Hands on experience on Linux and shell scripting
-
Hands on experience on running the Major incident bridges
-
Knowledge on SRE tools like Splunk , Ansible
-
Experience on Ticketing and monitoring tools – ServiceNow, Geneos, Grafana , Prometheus, Dynatrace
-
Knowledge and experience on Kafka, Docker, IBM MQ, Couchbase, Network
-
Should have exposure to public cloud esp. Azure, AWS and GCP.
