About the opportunity:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will focus on product deployment, operations, and monitoring to maintain a seamless user experience. What you’ll be working on:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of operational methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands on experience of Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages ​​such as Python, Shell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing web-based services with tens of thousands of active users.

About you:

• Support product deployment and operational activities on cloud platforms.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Design the system/service operation strategy that meets business requirements with reliable, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Define the manageable workflow considered security, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruption of the services.
• Provide support to other team members involved in operational activities.
• Lead the sustainable incident response, escalation and blameless postmortems.
• Contribute to documenting operational processes, configurations, and dependencies for reference and future enhancements.
