About the Role
You will support our mission of democratizing access to financial markets globally. Based in Lithuania, this role involves crucial overnight operations, ensuring our platform remains robust and responsive to the needs of our international clientele.
What You’ll Do
- Support workflows and technical troubleshooting, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency
- Monitor system stability and respond to issues swiftly as members of a 7/24 coverage rotation
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues and enhance client service, ensuring seamless integration across time zone
- Actively participate in incident resolution and adhere to stringent change management procedures to maintain the stability and security of the platform.
What You'll Need
- Experience with REST APIs and modern software systems
- Knowledge of an IT support ticketing system
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python or Shell
- Experience with databases and SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools
- Practical experience in AWS services such as IAM, DynamoDB, EC2, and S3
- Basic knowledge of networking topology and protocols
- Ability to manage Java applications and utilize the browser developer console to troubleshoot front-end issues

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Lithuania pay range
€4.000—€4.420 EUR
