Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the quality team, including priority setting, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Own site-level quality strategy, KPIs, and operating rhythms aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Administer and improve the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, customer specifications, and internal requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001).
- Develop and implement quality metrics and monitor performance indicators such as scrap, rework, escapes, first pass yield, and cost of poor quality, to drive manufacturing improvements and business results.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using data analytics, proven technologies, and established methods, and drive quality continuous improvement activities at site and company level (methods, tools, roadmap, deployment)
- Champion a culture of FLIGHT DECK continuous improvement, problem solving, and accountability across the site, including standardization of quality practices, control plans, inspections, and process verification activities.
- Ensure effective management of nonconforming material, containment actions, escalation processes, and support customer and regulatory audits, leading site responses to findings.
- Influence quality improvements across functions, evaluate the quality of information, challenge conflicting data, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and accountability.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and leadership, preferably in quality, manufacturing, or engineering functions.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
