Site Project Manager

• Ensure the effectiveness of Project Management processes applied to orders, driven by the Project Managers, in terms of overall project portfolio profitability, compliance with contractual requirements and customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• The A / B / C project classification and the consequent addressing.
• Tasks assignment to the PM (assignment of Project Managers) in a coordinated and balanced way with respect to workloads, skills, and experience.
• Resolution of priority conflicts between various orders in the context of local resources management.
• Supervision of orders execution by Project Managers, and the intervention where necessary for problem resolution and the overcoming of blocking points.
• Interface to the other Functions also to support the PMs, where necessary
• Customer interface to support PMs, where useful and necessary
• Conduct the Periodic Site Project Review meeting.
• Preparation, management and recording of Group Project Reviews.
• Serve as point of contact to other Sites for any "Escalation".
• Management of the Project Management Dept budget and related performance indicators.
• Convey the summary of orders status reports to the Stakeholders involved.
• Where necessary, it takes care of team strengthening and renewal, through training and recruiting.
• Maintains contact with PM Directors of the other Group Sites and Divisions.
• Management of the Project Portfolio through KPIs of the profitability of orders.
• Formally validates all TMC quotations externally, according to the established threshold criteria, the commitments of materials for purposes other than sale.
• As Process Manager, has the right to stop the process and its outputs if the quality or safety requirements are not respected.
• Manages the team's workload as a whole, using specific tools.
• Manages overall project expenditure forecasts, also by means of any specially constructed tools.
• Attend Site meetings, such as Operational Mtg, S&OP, Inventory, Budget, according to need and opportunity.
• Attend “PM Community” meetings at B&S and Transit levels as needed.
