За позицијата:

Го организира и надгледува процесот на производство во машинска обработка.

Главни одговорности:

• Го организира и надгледува производствениот процес согласно планот на производствени приоритети и конструктивната и технолошката документација,
• Ја планира реализацијата на производствените налози по извршители и машини,
• Ги распределува работните задачи преку нагодувачите/програмерите или поединечно на другите извршители,
• Помага и учествува во нагодување на машините и изработка на пробно парче,
• Учествува и го надгледува издавањето на соодветен потребен алат,
• Ја надгледува работата на операторите и по потреба помага во разрешување на недостатоци во работата,
• Известува за евентуални недостатоци во техничката документација и учествува во нивно отстранување,
• Ја надгледува работата на машините, открива и пријавува неисправности во функционирањето на опремата,
• Го организира и одговара за соодветното одржување на опремата и алатите,
• Изготвува месечен план за потребна ХТЗ опрема,
• Одговара за квалитетот на производствените процеси и производите,
• Одговара за навремено производство согласно деловните цели и плановите и договорите за продажба,
• Одговара за редот, хигиената и одржувањето на опремата, алатите и работните простории,
• Одговара за користење на заштитна опрема согласно пропишаните стандарди,
• Ги спроведува работните задачи во согласност со Wabtec  Quality & Performance System (QPS) активностите,
• Врши проверка на ТПМ и 5С листите,
• Ги спроведува работните задачи во согласност со документацијата на системот за квалитет по ISO 9001 (Прирачникот за квалитет, процедурите и упатствата),
• Постојано се надоградува и дообразува во својата работа. Учествува на обуки одредени од од претпоставените, со цел подобрување на стручните и клучните компетенции,
• Ги прилагодува своите квалификации и начин на работа на новите технологии и унапредените работни процедури,
• По потреба спроведува обука за вработените и менторира практиканти и нововработени.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително.

Предност - најмалку 2 години работно искуство со ЦНЦ машинин.

Position Summary:

Organizes and oversees the production process in machining.

Major Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise the production process according to the production priorities plan and the designed technical documentation,
• Plans the execution of production orders by operators and machines,
• Distributes job assignments through adjusters / developers or individually to other operators,
• Assists and participates in setting up machines and making a trial piece,
• Participates and oversees the issuance of the appropriate tools needed,
• Supervise the work of the operators and assist in resolving deficiencies in the work as needed,
• Report any deficiencies in the technical documentation and participate in their removal,
• Oversees machine performance, detects and reports equipment malfunctions,
• Organizes and is responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment and tools,
• Develops a monthly plan for needed HTZ equipment,
• Responsible for the quality of production processes and products,
• Responsible for timely production according to business objectives and plans and sales contracts,
• Responsible for the order, hygiene and maintenance of equipment, tools and workplaces,
• Be responsible for the use of protective equipment in accordance with prescribed standards,
• Performs tasks in accordance with Wabtec Quality & Performance System (QPS) activities,
• Checks TPM and 5C lists,
• Performs tasks in accordance with ISO 9001 quality system documentation (Quality Manual, Procedures and Instructions),
• Constantly upgrading and refining its work. Participates in trainings determined by the supervisors, in order to improve the professional and key competences,
• Adjusts its qualifications and way of working to new technologies and advanced work procedures,
• Provides staff training and mentor interns and new hires as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other related education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

Advantage: min. 2 years related work experience in the field of CNC Machines
