- Manage the Quality in project
- Manage SRM PQA module for all the project components
- Respect strictly the Supplier Quality Manual and validate APQpp deliverables
- Participate to Supplier Design Review for internal components (including Measurements Protocol, SPPC..) and ensure that it validated before Tool Go
- Perform Process audit and participate to FDPR for internal components
- Raise to Project Team all technical issues encountered of the internal components requiring a modification of the drawing, specification
- Raise to project team, roadblocks for internal components issue during Project QRQC
- Validate IS file for internal components
- After design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes
- Update the Quality documents for internal components following a product / process related change in SRM PQA
- React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to Project Team, Project Quality Leader, Site Quality Manager
- Responsible for the key indicators:
- SISV approved before Valeo FDPR and 100% deviation before Valeo FDPR in case of delay
- CP / C1 / C2 incidents until project closure
- Incidents recurrence
- PQA status granted on time
