The Opportunity:

Lead operations for the Lexington Park, MD site for the Mission & Engineering Support Line of Business.

Develop and execute policy and strategy to support complex on contract growth opportunities and new contract development. Support the execution of existing portfolio.

Recommend new innovative strategies and approaches to new contract growth and capture on contract growth.

The Site Manager will focus on strategy to bring growth to existing contracts and to work on developing outyear opportunities. This position will be focused on the Lexington Park Regional growth as well as focusing on diversifying CACI contract and customer portfolio.
Responsibilities and More About the Role:
Lead operations for the Lexington Park, MD site.

  • Mentor and lead teams supporting a wide portfolio of programs for Department of Defense, US. Gov’t Agencies and Commercial Customers.

  • Assist the Site by leading and managing approximately 100 employees including electrical, mechanical, and network engineers, project managers, supply chain specialists, technicians, and artisans to satisfactorily complete project on time and within budget.

  • Responsible for the entire portfolio performance to include Cost, Schedule, and Performance for contracts, and intercompany task orders.

  • Interact with corporate leadership to provide Monthly PMRs, Risk/Opportunity reviews, Budget Plans, Capital Expenditure data calls, and other site reporting and metrics from an operational view.

  • Coordinate directly with Customers and Stakeholders across multiple, complex systems integration projects to jointly define scope, ensure appropriate staffing, and guide corporate capital investments to directly meet Customer needs.

  • Define and communicate growth strategies to lead campaigns to capture new workload and grow CACI footprint and capabilities.

  • Identify and assess risk areas related to establishing new business.

  • Manage contract pipeline and communicate resource requirements to improve Probability of Win.

  • Develop and deliver technical documentation to include white papers, proposals, and Task Order responses to successfully grow portfolio of workload.

  • Inform acquisitions to CACI to improve likelihood of success by early customer engagement and communication of acquisition requirements.

  • Collaborate across the organization to target workload opportunities and lead teams to interpret and execute requirements.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • SECRET Security Clearance

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting DoD programs

  • Experience working with NAWCAD and/or NAVAIR platforms

  • Experience managing large teams and multiple ongoing projects

  • Demonstrated ability to establish cross functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft highly technical content for diverse audiences, including evaluators and senior executives.

Desired:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance

  • Demonstrated growth of workload portfolio in Government or Private Industry

  • Experience advising senior leadership on strategy and successful execution of programs

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100 - 231,100 USD
