We are looking for a talented Site Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team, supporting a fast-paced engineering and technical environment in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.
This is a permanent role based on site, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities, priorities, schedules, and resource requirements to support efficient operations.
- Ensure operational readiness by coordinating schedules, resources, equipment availability, and action tracking.
- Coordinate the maintenance, servicing, and availability of site equipment, facilities, and shared assets.
- Assist with quality, compliance, and HSE activities by maintaining records, tracking actions, and supporting inspections.
- Manage purchasing requests, operational reports, site records, and performance trackers to support effective decision-making.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, delays, and improvement opportunities to support effective site operations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HSE, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process enhancements across Operations.

- Strong administrative skills with experience maintaining records, trackers, reports, and operational documentation.

- Experience coordinating activities within an operational, engineering, technical, facilities, logistics, project, or manufacturing environment.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Significant relevant work experience supported by specialized training.
- Strong coordination, administrative, and organizational skills gained through previous operational, project, facilities, engineering support, or business administration roles.
- Ability to apply practical knowledge to support operational activities, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
