We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Schedule Integrator to join our team in Hiroshima, Japan. This pivotal role is responsible for leading and managing the startup project schedule for a new semiconductor fabrication facility, ensuring that all program milestones are delivered on time. The Program Schedule Integrator will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, maintain, and track segment-level deliverables, dependencies, and schedules. This role is ideal for a results-driven scheduling expert with a strong background in semiconductor industry project management and a passion for driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in startup project schedule management, ensuring all program timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the startup projects, including Construction, Facility, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, HR, IT, Automation, IE, and Government Engagement teams, to establish program-level milestones and work with stakeholders to define segment-level deliverables, dependencies, and required dates.
  • Track all deliverables regularly, updating schedules and ensuring alignment across all segments.
  • Identify, assess, and drive resolution of program-level schedule risks by partnering with relevant teams.
  • Provide regular updates on schedule status, trends, and lookahead to the program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies for schedule efficiency and automation, driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with demonstrated expertise in project schedule integration and management.
  • Proven experience in new semiconductor fabrication (fab) construction startup projects.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel as needed and adapt to flexible work requirements.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions and automation tools is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process and project lifecycle.
  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Work Location & Travel
This position is based in Hiroshima, Japan. The successful candidate must be willing and flexible to travel as required to support project needs across multiple sites and stakeholders.
